1. Why choose stainless steel to make jewelry?

2. What is the customization process?
Our process is divided into three steps:
Submit requirements: Fill out the customization form or contact customer service to provide specific requirements such as design drafts, text, patterns, etc.
Confirm the design: The designer will provide the renderings within 1-3 working days, and support 3 free modifications.
Acceptance and delivery: After the finished product is inspected, the actual photos will be sent, and the delivery will be arranged after confirmation.
3. What design documents need to be provided?
Supports multiple formats:
Vector image (AI/EPS/CDR format is best, ensure high definition)
Scan of hand-drawn draft (details must be clearly marked)
Text description (such as engraving content, style requirements)
If there is no design draft, our team can provide free design services (creative inspiration or reference pictures must be provided).
4. How long does the customization cycle take?
Regular order: 7-15 working days (depending on the complexity and quantity of the design).
Expedited service: 3-5 working days can be completed (expedited fee is required, please contact customer service for details).
5. What is the minimum order quantity? How is the price calculated?
Minimum order quantity: 1 piece, suitable for personal customization; bulk orders (more than 50 pieces) enjoy discounts.
Pricing factors: material thickness, process (such as laser engraving, electroplating, enamel filling), jewelry size and order quantity. You can get an accurate quotation after submitting your requirements.
6. Does it support special processes or surface treatments?
Yes! We offer a variety of craftsmanship options:
Surface effects: mirror polishing, matte frosting, rose gold/black titanium electroplating
Decoration process: inlaid zircon, laser engraving, corrosion dripping oil
Function upgrade: waterproof treatment, adjustable chain style
7. How to ensure product quality?
Material certification: 316L/304 medical grade stainless steel is used, and it has passed SGS environmental protection testing.
Strict quality inspection: Each piece of jewelry is tested for hardness, surface defects and anti-oxidation treatment.
After-sales guarantee: Return and exchange without reason within 7 days after receipt (need to be unused), 12-month warranty (free repair for non-human damage).
8. Is international order supported? How to calculate freight and tariffs?
Global delivery: Supports international logistics such as DHL and FedEx, and freight is automatically calculated based on weight and region.
Tariff policy: Taxes and fees in the destination country are borne by the buyer. It is recommended to check local import regulations in advance.
